We have developed commercial floor space ranging from national supermarkets to independent local retailers in locations across the South West of England. Blackdown has previously worked closely with asset managers, alongside landlords like Taunton Land Ltd and Swanmore Estates Ltd and tenants like Holland and Barratt, Barclays and Card Factory.

Our level of care partly comes from our own commercial investments made through our sister company Blackdown Land Ltd. We believe our first hand, in-depth knowledge of a specific town, property or tenant/investor requirement gives us the edge and aids our clients in maximising their asset management initiatives and investment returns.
